Chapter 1:
Stratagem 2
Besiege Wèi to rescue Zhào
Traditional Chinese: 圍魏救趙
Simplified Chinese: 围魏救赵
"When the enemy is too strong to be attacked directly, then attack something he holds dear. Know that he cannot be superior in all things. Somewhere there is a gap in the armour, a weakness that can be attacked instead."
Usage
"The idea here is to avoid a head on battle with a strong enemy, and instead strike at his weakness elsewhere. This will force the strong enemy to retreat in order to support his weakness. Battling against the now tired and low-morale enemy will give a much higher chance of success."
Stratagem 3
Kill with a borrowed knife
Traditional Chinese: 借刀殺人
Simplified Chinese: 借刀杀人
"Attack using the strength of another (in a situation where using one's own strength is not favourable). Trick an ally into attacking him, bribe an official to turn traitor, or use the enemy's own strength against him."
Usage
"The idea here is to cause damage to the enemy by getting a 3rd party to do the deed."

36 Strategies ~ [Intro. + Preface + Ch. 1 Stra. 1]
"The original text of the Thirty-Six Stratagems has a laconic style that is common to Classical Chinese...These 36 Chinese proverbs are related to 36 battle scenarios in Chinese history and folklore, predominantly of the Warring States Period and the Three Kingdoms Period."
"The Thirty-Six Stratagems are divided into:
a preface,
6 chapters [with six stratagems each], and
an afterword
First 3 chapters: describe tactics for use in advantageous situations
Last 3 chapters: describe tactics for use in disadvantageous situations.
Preface
"六六三十六,數中有術,術中有數。陰陽變理,機在其中。機不可設,設則不中。"
Chapter 1: Winning Stratagems
1st Stratagem:
Deceive the heavens to cross the ocean
How it's written in traditional Chinese: 瞞天過海
In simplified Chinese: 瞒天过海
"This stratagem references an episode in 643 AD, when Tang emperor Tang Gaozong Li Simin, balked from crossing the sea to a campaign against Koguryo. His General Xue Rengui thought of a stratagem to get the Emperor across and allay his fear of seasickness: on a clear day, the Emperor was invited to meet a wise man. They entered through a dark tunnel into a hall where they feasted. After feasting several days, the Emperor heard the sound of waves and realized that he had been lured onto a ship! General Xue drew aside the curtains to reveal the ocean and confessed that they had already crossed the sea: Upon discovering this, the emperor decided to carry on and later completed the successful campaign."
"This stratagem means that you can mask your real goals, by using the ruse of a fake goal that everyone takes for granted, until the real goal is achieved. Tactically, this is known as an 'open feint'; in front of everyone, you point west, when your goal is actually in the east. By the time everyone realized it, you have already achieved your goal."
Usage:
"This stratagem makes use of the human failing to become unaware of common everyday activities, or events that appear normal. The best secrets are carried out in broad daylight. The best hoax is to repeat it so often that people are convinced that the next move is also a hoax. When this happens, it is the best moment to carry out one's previously hidden true objective."

Semester Reflection
During this second semester of my senior year, I, Lonna Tran, have went through many changes. Somehow, time seems to go pass by more faster than usual. This maybe due to the school's year is coming to an end. During my high school career, I have learned a lot of things that are not only related to high school, but also to the world outside high school, the real world. I have made improvement in my communication skills and successfully filled out the FAFSA by myself. I noticed that the stress of living in the real world is entering my mind. I know that the world is not as nice as what it used to be in high school, junior high, or elementary, but it will be harsher. But this does not matter, since I have slowly and getting prepared to face the real world and accomplish what I want to accomplish. Also, I would be the best that I can be, so that all of my hard work would be reward.
Henry Ford once said, "Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right." I fully agree with this quote. It was trying to say, that if you think that you can do something and your mind is set to accomplish it, then you can achieve it. On the other hand, if you think that you can't do something, than you can't do it. When I believe that I can do something and work hard to accomplish the works, there will be a reward. I believe that I will make through it, and become successful. A person's attitude will make a difference. It can lead that person to either his or her success or failure. I believe that the only people who fail are those who stop trying.

Random Article ~ "Honey, I Sunk the Maldives"
"Honey, I Sunk the Maldives" sounds so funny, plus it sounds sarcastic. I kind of like the title. It fully foreshadow the future if we continue to ignore the earth changing environment and not doing anything to slow it [global warming] down. For sure, it's impossible to stop global warming, so the best thing to do is to slow it down.
Some tourist popular places are facing scary scenarios like sinking, melting, or even literally vanishing from the face of the earth. This is all due to global warming, irresponsible activities from tourist.
Some of those "affected" places are:
Maldive Islands located at the Republic of Maldives. The Maldives is a chain of island in the Indian Ocean. Scientists fear that it could be submerged by 2050. Since, the Maldives is about three feet above sea level, which is one of the dangerous factor. Even through a buffer was built in the 1900s, but the problem has not solved the problem. The government are trying to relocate the residents, but this is still in talks.
Dalmation Coast located in Croatia. It's problem was a new set of laws set up by the government last year which requires villa owners to register for business as well as residential permits. This process can take as long as a year, so it scares away foreign investment. This threaten the Croatian tourism industry (it makes up 12% of the country GDP).
The Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Heavy tourist traffic, ocean acidification, and rising water temperatures cause the live coral off Australia’s northeast coast to shrink rapidly. Scientists believe that by 2050, the Great Barrier Reef will have lost an estimated 95% of its living coral." It's a sad thing to know, since we will be losing one of the world's wonder...sigh...
The Mount Kilimanjaro's glaciers that cover the landmark are receding rapidly. Mount Kilimanjaro have lost 84% of ice since 1912 and today cover less than one square mile. "Scientists believe the glaciers could be gone completely by 2020, taking with them Tanzania’s main tourist draw...Mount Kilimanjaro’s glaciers have lost 84 percent of their ice since 1912."
The Alps in Switzerland. Due to global warming," it is estimated that about 40 percent of the mountain range’s pristine skiing areas will disappear by 2100...About 40 percent of the Alps’ skiing areas will disappear by 2100."
The Galápagos Islands was one of the main concern. The Galápagos which was consider to be the world’s purest biodiversity environment; scientists are concerned that the traffic surge will affect the islands’ life forms. "They consider 39 percent of animal species, 50 percent of marine species, and 59 percent of plant species to be threatened. To curb the problem, Ecuador is considering setting a yearly tourist cap and imposing an entry fee of up to $300...Since 1990, visitors to the Galápagos have more than quadrupled, to 180,000."
I have watch a documentary about the Galápagos Islands. I love that place; it was so beautiful. I think that it's kind of sad to see places like these are going to "disappear" in the future. In addition, these are not all of the "affected" areas, there could more places that we are not aware of, but it is disappearing.

1/2 Ouji [1/2王子]
I just found a website that has several chapters of the 1/2 Ouji (1/2 Prince) novel. I really want to read it, but it's all in Chinese. Plus, the page is set in a fixed, so I can't copy the text and get it translated from a translation website. Also, I was trying to translated that page directly using the "Translate Web Page" function, but it still does not work. Oh, well I guess that I have to wait for a little longer, since there's a person who's beginning to translated the novel. Even through this may takes a while, but I'm willing to wait, since this is a really good and funny series.

Final exam is next week, for both English 101 and classes from high school. I can't wait for the day of graduation to come, it's about 13 business days, including today. Well, to be precise, if I do not count Seniors' Week, then it's 8 days. I love counting down single digit numbers. My English's 101 final exam is to write a semi-formal essay, which is about 500 words. This essay is like a reflective essay. I'm almost done with it, all I need to do was to get someone to proofread it, and I can finalize it. This assignment was given to me on Monday, and it will not be due until next week.
Right now, the things that worry me the most is getting ready for college. I think that I need to start to think of a list of things that I need to pack to move to campus. Oh I forgot to mention that today my cousin is going to attend the FIRST Lego league. I hope she will do well. This year, my school is not participating in the FIRST Robotics' Competition. It would have been nice if we did so. I would like to join the team. Actually, I was on the Robotics' Team for two years (It was newly established, so I can be considered as one of the people who found the Robotics' Club.)

Kalafina was formed in 2007 by Kajiura Yuki to perform seven main themes for Kara no Kyoukai. In January 2008, they released their debut single oblivious. That shattered in the distance and vanished
Hide your dream in your eyes

No shout of any sort will reach
The merciless gods above the sky
Lacrimosa…

And seem to burn away the sky someday

I can't wait for May 7 to come. It's the day when Josten comes and delivers the caps and gowns. I would like to try out the gown to see how I would look like in the cap and gown. I need to find a dress or clothes that will match my gown, so I won't look awkward in it.
Here's another song that I like, its an insert song from Full Metal Alchemist. This song is originally sung in Russian.

Daily Update
Today I got the pictures that I took at prom back, I kind of dislike the pictures. Oh well, this might be just me, since I hate taking pictures (with myself in it that is). I glad that I didn't spend too much money to buy it, since I bought the least expensive package. I think I make the right choice. If the pictures did turn out good, then I could order more, but if it did not turn out good then I will not have to waste a lot of money for prom pictures. Talking about pictures, I think that the best picture (school-related) that I took so far is my retake cap and gown picture. It's the retake one that I like. I dislike the first set that has six poses to choose from.
Ah, its raining outside. Today, I was invited to the Superintendent Luncheon. I was required to dress up in business attire for the event, but as I was on the way to school, it was pouring rain. When I got inside the school's building, I was soaking wet. My clothes and hair are all wet. I dislike being soak, since it will make me feel sticky.
I do like the rain, but not be in contract with it. I like to stay inside my room and watch movies while its raining outside. Somehow, it makes me to feel very relaxing.

Current Event
The WHO, or the World Health Organization, raised its global epidemic threat level for the first time. WHO is watching the flu and trying to keep the flu from reaching to a pandemic level before its too late.
What are the symptoms of the swine flu? "
They're similar to regular human flu (A fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. Some people also have diarrhea and vomiting).
On Tuesday, the swine flu has spread to the Middle East and the South Pacific. New Zealand have 11 confirmed cases, Israel has 1, U.S. have 50 (non-fatal) cases confirmed, 6 in Canada, 2 in Spain, and 2 in Scotland.
WHO is raising the global alert level as more deaths were reported in Mexico. The flu has already spread to 7 countries and they travel across borders through airplane flights.
This flu does not only affects the global health, but also the economy. The world stock markets fell sharply. The stocks of airlines, hotels and other travel-related companies are falling, since the flu scared away tourists (consumers).
Mexico was suspected to the the startpoint of the flu. In order to take precaution, Mexico canceled school nationwide until May 6. The "Mexico City government is considering a complete shutdown, including all public transportation." The Cinco de Mayo parade and Mexico City's traditional May 1 parade were canceled along with it. In addition, more than 100 museums nationwide were closed. At the "Mexico City's international airport, families grimly waited for flights out of the capital or country, determined to keep their masks on until they touched ground somewhere else."
The WHO has raised the alert level to Phase 4. This means that there is sustained human-to-human transmission of the virus causing outbreaks in at least 1 country. The first time that it has ever raised above Phase 3 was Monday. When the alert was at Phases 4, or 5, it means that "the virus is becoming increasingly adept at spreading among humans. Phase 6 is for a full-blown pandemic, characterized by outbreaks in at least two regions of the world."

Here's a recipe to bake a bread using the rice cooker. This recipe comes from an anime called Yakitate!! Japan.
Japan #2 (it's the name of the bread):
Bread Flour 350 g
Butter 21 g
Sugar 21 g
Milk 35 cc
Water 180 cc
Dry Yeast 5 g
Salt 6.5 g
The most important thing in baking bread is to measure out the ingredients properly.
Add flour 350 g, sugar 21 g, salt 6.5 g, 5 g dry yeast dissolved in water, 180 cc water, and 35 cc milk into a container and mix it. Knead the ingredients. Then, add the 21 c butter. Knead some more. When it no longer feels sticky, shape it so that it's round. Leave it in a warm place for 60 minutes. This is the primary fermentation. Later, the dough will rise. Next, get rid of the extra gas. Don't grind against with your fist. All you need to do is drop it from a height of 50 cm. Once you've released the gas, start the secondary fermentation for 60 minutes. And the switch on the button on the rice cooker. And now, you're finally baking it! After about 60 minutes in the rice cooker, one side will be baked. Turn it ove, and cook it again. Then, once that's done, turn it over once more and cook it once again. Once you've cooked it 3 times in total, you're done! Just a little work, and you can have a freshly baked, fluffy fluffy Japan #2.
It takes a little time, but if you want to eat a deliciouss and fresh bread, something like this isn't very much, right? Adding eggs or green tea to suit your taste isn't a bad idea, either. It's really and absolutely delicious, so everyone, try challenging it and see!

Daily Update
Today my family and I went to shopping at the Nebraska Furniture Mart to buy a TV for Grandma. She's sick and can't leave her room, so she want to out a TV in her room, so she would not get bored. My cousin, and her friend, and I went to shop around the Legends after that. I bought a new Harajuku bag. I forgot the time when we leave to go home, for sure it was after 5 p.m. On our way home, or while we were exiting that area, there were lots of police, and they were closing some of the roads. We have no idea what's going, except just follow the detour. After we got back home, my cousin's friend got a call and we learn that there was a tornado coming towards the Nebraska's Furniture Mark's area. My aunt didn't have time to cook dinner tonight, so we went out to eat. She and her husband are doing errands today (looking for the TV for Grandmother). They went to five different stores.

Area 11
Continuing on from the previous topic: Code Geass.
The main setting for the series would mainly be Area 11, or Japan. In the series, the country what we called "Japan" has been renamed to "Area 11" under the Britannian rule. As for the former citizens of this country, they are renamed to be called Elevens. Area 11 is the source of over 70% of the world's total supply of the high energy mineral sakuradite. This is the reason to why the country was being targeted and got invaded.

...Code Geass R1 will be today's post topic.
Code Geass is a Japanese anime series created by Sunrise with original character designs by CLAMP. I love CLAMP's works the most, including Sunrise, too. My favorite CLAMP's works are xxxHOLiC, and Tsubasa Chronicle.
Let's go back to the original topic: Code Geass.
In Code Geass, the world is control by 3 superpowers: the Holy Britannian Empire, the Chinese Federation, and the Euro Universe. These 3 superpowers countries maintain a tentative balance for a while, or the first part of the story.
In this series, you would mostly heard of this word the most "Geass."
Geass is a mysterious ability which certain people can bestow upon others. The Geass manifests differently in each individual, possibly related to their inner desires, and the Geass' power increases with use. If the users lack the willpower, they may be consumed by it, this is the why Geass was called as the Power of the King. The Geass is represented by a glowing, bird-shaped symbol.
"Every Geass, while powerful, has its own unique set of restrictions, limitations, or idiosyncrasies. These factors allow a Geass to be defeated, or its power limited, by someone who is aware of its characteristics. All Geass abilities that have thus far appeared within the canon of the television series have been related to the mind, influencing such things as will, thought, memory, and perception."

A Pirate still exits in today? I didn't know that pirates are actually able to exists in this world where technology is the main factor, and pirates seems more like the traditional one. I learned about this event from the news, its about an eighteen year old pirate got arrested and claims to be called leader. That teenager was said to be the first pirate to to board the Maersk Alabama on April 8 and hijack that ship. At that time, the ship was about 280 miles off the coast of Somalia.

World H2O Day
Facts: "Globally, an estimated 125 million children under the age of five live in households without access to a safe drinking-water source. Even more people – a total of more than 2.5 billion around the world – are living without proper sanitation."
"In the Central African Republic, fully three quarters of the population has no access to adequate sanitation."
UNICEF USA Ambassador Joel Madden, who visited the Sam Ouandja camp "where nearly half of the children who die before the age of five are killed by diarrhoeal disease." He said, "I'm no better than they are...I was just born in a country where I can have clean water, and that's just the standard. We have [safe water] right in our house. They have to walk 15 minutes with a wheelbarrow to get water."
I do agree with Mr. Madden. Somehow, I always think that many people in the US are wasteful because they are lucky enough to be born in a country that have clean water and from there on takes things for granted that resource are unlimited. This is not the case for those in 3rd world countries.
How to make a difference?
The Tap Project is one of them. "Working from the knowledge that just $1 can provide safe drinking water for a child for 40 days, the project asks diners in restaurants across the United States to donate $1 for the tap water that is generally provided for free...All the funds are used to support UNICEF's efforts to halve the number of people without safe water and sanitation worldwide by 2015."
I recommend to actually visit the web site, which is listed below. It contains a video clip regarding this topic.

Green
...let me think for a few seconds on what to write about...Oh, here are some of the things that I learn from reading 2 articles on how to "go Green" and would like to share with you.
The first topic will be about food. Eating less meat and dairy is one of the solution. It's a three win ticket: one win for your health, another for your budget, and lastly for the planet. Did you know that raising livestock is responsible for 18% of global greenhouse gases? Plus, try to eat foods that are in season.
Second is personal care. Do not use antibacterial soaps. It is unnecessary, and contribute to the rise of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Try to avoid petroleum byproducts, fragrances, and other unsafe chemicals whenever possible.
Another one is on cleaning: Use old towels and T-shirts instead of disposable wipes and/or paper towels for cleaning. Cut down on the number of cleaning products you use.
How to save water (H2O)?
I found out this one is quite common for some people, and it is brushing your teeth while letting the sink run. This is a waste of water. The best way to solve the problem is to simply turn off the tap while you are brushing your teeth, or anything else. By doing this, it help you to save up to 8 gallons of water a day. In a year, you will save up to 2,880 gallons of water. Another way is to use low-flow shower heads and faucets. The low-flow shower heads and faucets will save water, and the energy it takes to heat water.
Did you know that if everyone in the U.S., then we would save 875 billion gallons of water a year?

i'm Making A Difference
How to make a difference?
Microsoft is promoting the "i'm™ Helping Kids Survive" project. Right now the users of Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live Hotmail can support UNICEF through their everyday use of these popular programs.
Microsoft donates a portion of the programs' advertising income to many internationals organizations like the U.S. Fund for UNICEF through the i'm™ Initiative. The users does not have to pay to use the programs.
All they have to do is to join the i'm Initiative and select UNICEF as their organization. Through this Microsoft will make a donation on each user's behalf every time they use Messenger or Hotmail. I think that this is one of the good way to make a difference by doing things that we do daily, but the effort will paid off more.

During the weekend, I just finished watching Hikaru no Go. After, or while watching this series, I was wondering if I have the talent to play the board game that the series mentioned, Go. When I first started on this series, it was a few years ago, I thought of it was boring. But as I continued on watching it, it starts to get interesting. Plus, I learn some life lessons from it.
Oh, I forgot to mentioned that I have finished reading Full Metal Alchemist vol. 1 (the light novel) main story. I'm moving on the bonus story now. It was about the 13 Warehouse. While I was reading it, I noticed that it was a little different from the anime, where in the novel Roy explains about how Warehouse 13 appears, instead of actually "visiting the place" in the anime. It was funny, reading about the Elric brothers and their adventures. I forgot to buy the second volume through, so I have to wait until next week.

The US President Barack Obama denied an Iranian-American journalist was a spy. Present Obama demanded the woman journalist to be released after she was sentenced to eight years in prison for espionage. I believe what President Obama said, "She was an Iranian-American who was interested in the country which her family came from, and it is appropriate for her to be treated as such and to be released" was true. I was wondering on what kind of evidence does the verdict based on which cause her eight years sentenced in prison. For whatever reason she got the verdict, she is just practicing "journalism", isn't it? I think that if the President requested for the journalist to be release got approve, then it would be a good thing.

Update...
Here are some extra stuff that I would like to add regarding the last personality test:
Career that fits my personality suggested was:
Art/Technical: Translator, Computer Programming, Design Graphic, Industrial, Interior & Engineering
Customer Service: Accounting/Bookkeeping & Paralegal
Social Service: Religious Education & Counseling
Health Care: Health Care Administration, Medical/Dental Assistant, Nursing, & Radiologic Technician
Famous people of my particular type: Agatha Christie, Frederic Chopin
I kind of agree with the result, since from its description of the ISFJ, it said "They are not as outgoing and talkative as the Provider Guardians [ESFJs], and their shyness is often misjudged as stiffness, even coldness, when in truth Protectors are warm-hearted and sympathetic, giving happily of themselves to those in need" because I'm not that much of a talkative person, but I do care a lot about others' feelings.
"Protectors are quite happy working alone; in fact, in positions of authority they may try to do everything themselves rather than direct others to get the job done" is true since I believe that if I work alone, the work itself will be done in a faster pace than working in a group.

Reading Log
I have finish reading chapter 2 of the Full Metal Alchemist vol. light novel. I'm on half way, or beyond that on chapter 3, which is the last chapter. After that, I only have the bonus story left to read. Today, I went to Barnes and Noble after I left my orthodontics place, but I didn't bought the second volume. They do have the book in stock, but I don't want to buy that one, because it was not in "perfect" condition. I like to buy books that are in perfect condition, or at least a very good condition. I know that this is not a good habit, but still I don't want to own a book that is ripped, or damaged like a second-hand book when it was suppose to be brand new. I think that the people needs to take care of those books in the bookstores, because they are the "merchandise."

What does the the tax returns of the upper class look like, especially the U.S. President? President Obama's tax returns was recently released to the public. The federal tax return forms is so long. This seems like a pretty interesting news, since he's kind of like the first President or leader of a country that I know of would released their tax returns to the public. This would be interesting in my terms, since most politicians don't do that. Due to this incident, I think that this will win many Americans' heart, and trust.

...finished chapter 1 of Full Metal Alchemist: The Land of Sand vol. 1 (light novel)...
I have two more chapters and a bonus story to finish. I believe that I will buy the second volume next week, since I'm reading the book on a consistent/fast pace. The light novel is good, and it is a little different from the anime. I don't know about its difference from the manga, since I didn't really starts on the manga, yet. Since, this is a good time, I might as well starts on the manga, which is said to be write in a little different story line from the anime. After I watched the new Full Metal Alchemist season two, it seems different from what I learned from its first season. Maybe they are directing this season based on the manga.

Banzai! The episode two for Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood has finally comes out, plus its subbed. I love to watch anime that are sub and dislike those are in dub. It took me a while to find a good media steaming website that features anime in subs, since most of them are either in dubs, or unavailable. What I'm up to now? Currently, during my free time, I'm focusing on watching Full Metal Alchemist. Its first season. I have to watch it through megavideo. I don't like this program at all, because after I have watched 72 minutes of video, I have to wait for like 51 minutes for the video to load again. Sometimes, I even doubt if I even have fully watched 72 minutes like it has said. Of well, I might as well have to get use to it, since that's the one where most, or even all of the Full Metal Alchemist episodes are uploaded on.
Saturday...my family and I went to eat at a Korean restaurant. I ordered a dish called Yuk Gae Jang; it's a spicy noodle soup with beef, and lots of vegetables. I taste really good, since I love to eat spicy food. After that, we went to the mall. I was trying to look for a dress for either prom, or graduation. But unfortunately, after several weeks of searching, I still couldn't find the ones that I like, nor fit me or my style.

Daily Update
Today I just brought Fullmetal Alchemist Vol. 1 light novel. I
believe that I will like this book unlike some of those American literature books which I found to be very boring. I think that some of those American literature books are boring because the authors are all writing about similar plots: the life of a human, and such. This is really uninteresting, since they all have nothing special about them. Unlike them, light novels are much better, since they are based on Japanese anime/manga, which is awesome. In Fullmetal Alchemist, the main characters are able to use alchemy, which is so cool. Plus, the plot is more interesting, along with characters that are well developed. They don't talk about useless stuff, like the lifestyle or events that going around a normal human. I think that it's a waste of time reading about a made-up person life. I like adventure stories and the main characters have special abilities.
Also, I'm so glad that there's no school today. If not, I will not be able to go to the bookstore and eat sushi at a Japanese restaurant.
Last night, I watched Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I'm so glad that the subs finally came out. I was so happy to learn that they have made another season of Fullmetal Alchemist since March.

The Clow Cards ~ Part VII
Finally, here's the last four Clow cards. I kind of like posting about these subjects. It's quite fun. Oh well, might as well just finish this and move on.
It seems like in this deck, here assemble the most powerful cards: the Dark and the Light. Also, the Earthy, which is an element card, is powerful as well.
My favorite card from here would be all, since they are all powerful in a certain way. The Dark can cause the "affected area to be surround in darkness," while the Light does the opposite. The Twins allows me to duplicate objects, which is not a bad idea at all. This help to saves some money and resources that needs to be use to create that object, since the Twins have the power to duplicate objects without using the real materials. The Earthy looks so beautiful and elegant, and really "earthy". Since, I'm supporting "Green", of course I would not hate the Earthy.

The Clow Cards ~ Part VI
Release: Clow cards. The ones that I like are the Voice, Cloud, and Dream. I like the Voice because it can sings in a very beautiful voice and melody. I think the Cloud's has a cute design, plus it will be fun making clouds. The reason to why I choose the Dream, even through I have never have learn any major points about it, but since it's called "Dream", it should be able to create dreams. I would like to dream of lots of sweet dreams, which makes the sleeping time go by faster. I'm the type of person who doesn't like to sleep, but will have a soundly sleep if I'm having a sweet dream.

Daily Update
Today, I went on YouTube, and found a short clip of the Great Debaters. That clip was taken from the part where Willy College is debating against Harvard, and it's James Farmer Jr. turn to speak. I really like his speech, and I think that it's so heart moving, and inspiring.
Here's the script of what he said. I think it is very persuasive and quite good.
Why Nonviolent Civil Disobedience?
"In Texas, they lynch Negros.
My teammates and I saw a man strung by his neck and set on fire.
We drove through a lynch mob, press our faces against the floorboard.
I look at my teammates.
I saw the fear in their eyes.
And worse, the shame.
What was this Negros crime that he should be hung without trail in a dark forests fill with fog. Was he a thief? Was he a killer? Or just a negro.
Was he a sharecropper? A preacher.
Were his children waking up for him?
And who are we just lied there and do nothing.
No matter what he did, the mob was the criminal, but the law did nothing. J
ust left us wondering.
Why?
My opponents said, 'nothing that erodes the rules of law be moral.'
But there is no rule of law in the Jim Crow south not when Negros are denied housing turning away from schools, hospitals, and not when we were lynch.
St. Augustine said, 'An unjust law is no law at all', which means I have a right even a duty to resist with violence, or civil disobedience.
You should pray I choose the latter."

The Clow Cards ~ Part V
Here's are some more Clow cards. One of the Clow cards that I like is the Create. With the Create, I can write anything that I want to see and it will comes true. I can write about a dragon, and then the Create card will create out what I have wrote out, making it real. I think it would be so cool if it is true. I like the Firey, since it's one of the elemental card, which is stronger than any other cards. Also, the child who represent the Firey is cool especially with the fiery wings.

Green Homes
Today, I have found some interesting things: they are Green homes and offices built from shipping containers. Yes, you didn't read it wrong, it is "Shipping Containers" and they are all so awesome (the designs are interesting), and very environmental friendly, since it reuse materials that we already have instead of cutting down trees, or mining for metals for new resources. These kinds of homes are popular in Europe, and New York.

The illycaffe Push Button House is a compact metal container with a fully furnished cafe, functional kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, living room and even a library.
Here's another one that I think is interesting and pretty cool looking. This home is quite interesting. The interior of the house looks so modern and beautiful just like a regular house that's built from the normal resources. It's unbelievable that such a pretty and stylish house was built from shipping boxes. What's your opinion?

The Clow Cards ~ Part IV
Here are some more Clow cards. My favorite Clow cards from here are the Mirror, and the Dash. I like the Mirror because with the Mirror help, I can create a doppelganger of myself. I can go to school one day, and then the next day will be my doppelganger turn. I will be able to have more time to relax and be "stress free" from school. I like the Dash because it allows me to run faster, which is something that I don't dislike. I would like to be able to run faster, however, I need to state that I'm still fast in walking. For running, I have no clue, since I hate sport. But, it won't hurt to be able to run fast, right?
