College Tour's Reflection
Last week..I think it is...I went on a field trip or you can say a college tour with my people from my school. The place we went to was a 4-year public university. Not including myself, there were about 150 kids who went along. How should I describe the trip? Well, the tour itself was fine in the beginning, but as time pass by it's starts to get embarrassing. We were supposed to be quiet as possible so we don't disturb others, but the "others students" who doesn't seems to care at all are being all loudly and disturbing. The thing that I dislike the most is when we were in a room receiving a presentation (this time, the students are not at fault). There's a guy who's a representative from a company that does retail store. He ask us a question and it was "Why do you think diverse is important to our company?" Actually the answer is obvious, but I don't feel like answering it. There's a person on the back who raise his hands and answer the question correctly. Guess what that person, the representative from a big company, said? He said, "I didn't expect anyone to answer that question correctly." I feel offended but I stay quiet, because if I do, then I would be considered rude. Well, let's talk about the good things. The university does not look bad at all. They have lots of good and advanced equipments and facilities for students to use for their study.
